Addressing Nervousness & Anxiety:
Interview preparation techniques to deal with and overcome nerves before and during interviews. There are a number of effective nerve management exercises to help you deal with performance pressure or anxiety when going into a job interview.
While nerves and butterflies are normal, excessive nervousness and anxiety has to be managed.

Indicative Pricing & Terms:
Free of charge: Initial 20-minute video consultation; this helps me understand your requirements in detail.
£120 per 60-minute Performance Development Session via online video conference.
£330 for a block booking of 3 sessions (i.e., £110 per 60-minute session).
£500 for 5 sessions (i.e., £100 per 60-minute session).

Please take note of the following terms:
Prices are indicative and may vary based on scheduling, client requirements, and current demand.
Advance payment is required to ensure our mutual commitment to the booking. If you need to rearrange or cancel, the fee is refundable as long as you provide a 24-hour notice.
Block bookings are flexible, but apply to weekday sessions only; i.e., if you have completed two sessions and paid £240 but decide two months later that you want another session, the price for the extra session would be £90. The same logic applies to the block of five sessions; i.e., if you have completed three sessions and paid £330 but decide to do a fourth session, you would pay £120 for the fourth session, and the price of an additional fifth session would be £50. If you require more than five sessions the price will be £100 per session.
For non-UK clients:
An additional fee of £10 per session is applicable to cover PayPal processing fees, and to account for the delay in accessing funds. Payment is required in advance of each session. We appreciate your understanding for this common practice.
How many sessions will I need to improve?
Every client has specific needs because each job application, industry, and situation is different. Generally, clients typically require 3 to 5 coaching sessions to make significant progress in their interview skills and ability to present themselves effectively. Sometimes, significantly more sessions are required.
This includes not only how they organize their thoughts and express themselves but also their mindset about the job opportunity in front of them and their overall career and skills.
The mindset is one of the key aspects when it comes to interview preparation. If your mind is in the right place, your confidence will be high going into the interview.

£1,980 for a 3-month Mentoring Program:
Up to 2 hours of video conference mentoring sessions per week over the course of 3 months,
plus
as many ad-hoc emails, text messages, and short phone calls as required in between sessions,

The program focusses on your career development, employment skills (including credit management and banking training exercises if required), public speaking and presenting, negotiations, confidence building and mind management.
Tailored to your individual needs, the program is designed around a variety of take home exercises and tasks to work on in between sessions.
The Mentoring Program includes up to 26 hours of direct mentoring and coaching via video conference, with a maximum of 2 hours per week over 3 months.
The fee is payable upfront in monthly instalments of £660.
